About the Facilitator: 

Ms. Shriya Sethi. Shriya is the Director of the Centre for Social Impact(CSI) at McKinsey and Company, India. The Centre focuses on developing a Leadership Accelerator for civil society leaders and providing pro-bono strategy support to CSOs to strengthen their capabilities. Post her MBA from Booth School Of Business at the University of Chicago, Shriya joined McKinsey and Company in their Chicago office as an Associate. Shriya went on to work as an Internal Strategy Consultant with Honeywell, a Fortune 100 global blend where she worked with different business units on competitor analysis, project implementation, and new business strategy development.

Previously, she was the Country Director at International Innovation Corps, a program of the University of Chicago's non-profit in India. At IIC, she supported multiple state and central government departments on large-scale transformation projects in health, education, gender, technology, and data.
